If you’re tired of manually applying for jobs and sending cold outreach messages, then LoopCV is for you. LoopCV is an AI-powered job search platform that focuses on the application stage of your job search.

It finds relevant jobs, applies on your behalf, and handles outreach to recruiters. It’s useful if you want to apply to multiple roles without spending hours doing everything yourself. Here’s our honest review of LoopCV.

How Does LoopCV Work?

Before LoopCV can help you apply for roles, you’ll have to provide it with certain details like your job title, desired salary range, etc.

Here’s how the platform works:

Setting Up Your Account

Step 1: Head over to the official LoopCV website and click on “Get started” to create an account.

Step 2: Once you click on “Get started,” you’ll land on a sign-up screen where you can either:

  • Sign in quickly with your Google account, or
  • Fill in your details manually

Regardless of the option you choose, setting up an account is quite easy and takes less than a minute.

Note: If you decide to sign in manually, you’ll be greeted with a welcome message that explains what a loop is and how to create one.

You can click “Let’s begin” to go through the short tutorial, or click “Skip” if you want to go straight to the dashboard.

Step 4: Once you’re in the main dashboard, you’ll be asked to complete your profile.

Since most of the information is pre-filled, you’ll only need to add your “Location.” After you do that, click “Save.”

Step 5: On the top-left corner of your screen, you’ll see a variety of menu items. Select Overview.”

Step 6: On the Overview page, you’ll see additional setup prompts. Go to Answer questions and click “Go.”

Step 7: Immediately, screening questions asked by some companies will appear. Answer the questions and click “Save.”

If you’ve ever worried about applications going out with the wrong details, this is where LoopCV handles it.

Your answers here are saved and used to fill application forms.

Step 8: To automate your job search, click “Overview” again to return to the main dashboard. Then scroll to “Start first loop” and click “Go.”

Automating Your Job Search

Step 9: You’ll immediately see a page with required fields, including your job title, location, job model (remote or hybrid), CV, and other key details.

Go ahead and fill them. Then click “Next.”

Note: LoopCV only lets you select one job model at a time, and it can be a bit cumbersome creating different loops for each model. So if you want to apply to both remote and hybrid roles equally, it will feel like more work.

Step 10: LoopCV offers 4 email templates for cold outreach. Proceed to edit and add the placeholders you want displayed in each email. Then click “Save.”

Note: When you edit the default email templates, some of the placeholders (like name or company fields) may not fill in correctly, or in some cases, the email may even go out blank.

So if cold outreach is your main goal, it’s worth double-checking each email. LoopCV emails may sometimes go out with placeholders or even blank content.

Step 11: This is where you adjust your settings and add key details, such as your phone number, city, cover letter, and other important information.

Step 12: After filling in your details and adjusting your settings, click “Next. You’ll see a summary of your information. Save it, then click “Next” to complete your loop.

LoopCV Helps You Find Jobs

Once you’ve provided your details, LoopCV automatically scans multiple job boards for relevant roles.

It then compiles the results in a structured dashboard where you can view details like salary range, platform, and job requirements without switching between sites.

The whole process usually takes less than a minute with a stable internet connection.

LoopCV Helps You Apply for Jobs

For job applications, LoopCV gives you a few different options to choose from. You can enable any of them when setting up a loop.

  1. Full Auto-Apply: After creating a loop with your job preferences, LoopCV automatically scans job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and others.

Once it finds a good match:

  • It automatically fills the application forms using your CV, personal details, and pre-saved screening answers.
  • Then it submits the application on your behalf.

To set up fully automated mode, turn on the button next to “Auto-fill applications,” as seen in the image above.

  1. One-Click Apply (Semi-Automated Mode): If you prefer more control over our application process, all you need to do is disable the auto-apply toggle.

When you do this, LoopCV still finds and shows you matching jobs on a clean dashboard.

Then you can review each role and choose the ones you prefer before applying. Once you proceed, LoopCV fills out the application form and submits it for you.

This mode is available on the free plan and is great when you want to avoid applying to every job found.

  1. Auto-Apply Using Chrome Extension: For platforms that require login, especially LinkedIn Easy Apply, LoopCV’s Chrome extension helps complete and submit applications more smoothly.

All you have to do is click the install button next to “Auto-apply using our Chrome extension” during loop setup.

To use this approach, you must be logged into the job board in the same browser.

  1. Automated Outreach Emails: This option is used when there’s no direct application form available. When enabled, LoopCV automatically sends personalized emails to recruiters or companies, along with your CV.

Using any of these options is straightforward. All you have to do is turn on the toggle, and LoopCV handles the rest, except when you choose the One-Click option, where you review applications before submitting them.

What the Applications Actually Look Like

LoopCV tries to stand out, but the overall experience isn’t perfect. It sends out applications that are mostly the same rather than fully tailored to each job.

This happens because it relies heavily on your CV, saved details, and pre-saved screening answers.

So, with LoopCV, you get quantity and time savings. But the lack of deep personalization can reduce response rate for highly competitive positions.

However, if your CV is already strong and targeted, LoopCV is okay.

Automation Style

LoopCV has a flexible automation style. It includes a full auto-apply and One-Click apply option, along with a Chrome extension for easier applications.

If your main goal is to send lots of applications monthly, the full auto-apply option helps with that.

However with almost no oversight, you’re at risk of applying to mismatched or low-quality roles.

But if you’re targeting competitive roles, it’s better to use the one-click option. That’s because it allows you to review and tweak each application before submitting.

LoopCV Pricing

LoopCV uses a simple freemium model with four main plans. All paid plans offer a 3-month billing option that saves up to 25%.

These plans include:

  • Basic Looper(Free Plan): This plan has a strict limit of one loop per month. That means you can’t use it for serious job hunting.
  • Standard Looper: This plan is best for users who want around 100 applications or emails a month at a lower cost.
  • Premium Looper: This plan is for active users who want to send over 100 applications and extra features like mass apply.
  • Done For You: This plan is for executives or heavy users who want maximum automation and added support.

Compared to other job automation tools like LazyApply or JobCopilot, LoopCV is relatively affordable. You’re mainly paying for higher application volume and hands-off automation.

LoopCV’s standard plan often provides good value if you use most of the monthly allowance. However, because many applications tend to be quite generic, the higher tiers can feel expensive unless you truly need and use the extra volume every month.

If your goal is just to apply to far more roles without daily effort, the standard plan will likely be enough.

What Are Users Saying About LoopCV?

As of May 2026, LoopCV has an average rating of around 4.0 out of 5 on Trustpilot, based on 125 reviews.

Positive Reviews

Based on the reviews above, users appreciate LoopCV’s time-saving automation, all-in-one job search, and responsive customer support.

Common Complaints

From the reviews above, some users complained about receiving a low number of application submissions despite a high number of matches.

Users also mentioned that LoopCV’s auto-apply feature can be unreliable.

Who Is LoopCV Best For?

LoopCV is best for high-volume, early-stage job searches rather than highly targeted or selective applications.

It suits professionals applying to many similar mid-to-high-level roles and prioritizes quantity over quality.

Pros

  • Flexible automation style
  • No credit card needed to test
  • Clean dashboard and tracking
  • Saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks
  • Affordable pricing with a usable free plan

Cons

  • Email templates can be buggy
  • Some technical reliability issues
  • Limited to one job model per loop
  • Higher tiers may not deliver proportional value

LoopCV Limitations

LoopCV increases the number of jobs you apply to, but it doesn’t solve deeper problems.

It won’t fix a weak CV, lack of experience, or poor interview skills, and it doesn’t guarantee interviews or offers.

Also, the free plan is quite limited, so you’ll have to upgrade quickly to fully experience its strength.

That said, most complaints come down to three things:

  • Technical glitches happen
  • Applications can feel generic
  • Submission success isn’t always consistent

Final Verdict

So, is LoopCV worth it? LoopCV is best for users who want to apply to more jobs quickly without spending time on manual applications.

However, it is not ideal for users who want highly tailored applications or are targeting competitive roles where personalization matters.

Overall, LoopCV is worth it if you want to increase application volume and save time, but less effective if your focus is on quality, precision, and interview conversion.
